A TBI Moms & Caregivers Support Group

Medicine doesn’t always come in a prescription. Sometimes it looks like patience, advocacy, late nights, resilience, and unconditional love.

Mothers of Medicine is a dedicated space for mothers and caregivers of children with traumatic brain injuries to come together in community. This journey is one that can feel overwhelming and, at times, isolating-but here, you are surrounded by women who understand the reality of this path.

Through shared experiences, honest conversations, and meaningful connection, this group exists to support not only the child— but the caregiver behind the care. Because your well-being matters too.

We meet once a month to:

  • connect with other TBI moms & caregivers

  • share resources, therapies, and lived experiences

  • support one another through challenges and celebrate progress

  • create space to be heard, understood and uplifted

There is no pressure and no judgement—just a community built on compassion, strength, and shared understanding.

What you do every day is a form of medicine. And you don’t have to do it alone.

Women of Wisdom

For Women to Share, Teach & Heal

Every woman carries wisdom shaped by her experience—through healing, hardship, growth, and transformation. That wisdom deserves to be shared.

Women of Wisdom is a community created for women to come together and offer what they’ve learned along their journey—the practices, perspectives, and insights that have supported their healing.

This is not just a space to receive—it’s a space to contribute.

Through monthly gatherings, women are invited to share their voice, their story, and their wisdom in a supportive and open environment. Whether it’s though conversation, teaching, or simply speaking from lived experience, each woman brings something valuable to the circle.

Together we:

  • share personal healing journeys and the lessons within them

  • offer tools, practices, and perspectives that have supported growth

  • learn from one another in a space rooted in respect and authenticity

  • build a community where every voice matters

There is no one way to heal—but there is power in learning from each other.

What you’ve lived through holds value. What you’ve learned can help someone else heal.

Group Qigong

Movement ~ Breath ~ Healing

Healing is not only something we talk about—it’s something we practice.

Group Qigong offers a guided space to reconnect with the body through gentle movement, breathwork, and intentional awareness. Rooted in ancient healing practices, qigong supports the flow of energy throughout the body, helping to restore balance, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

This practice is accessible to all levels and can be especially supportive for caregivers, individuals navigating recovery, and anyone seeking a deeper connection to their body.

During each session, we focus on:

  • gentle, intentional movements to support circulation and mobility

  • breathwork to calm the nervous system and improve focus

  • energy awareness to support internal healing

  • grounding practices to create a sense of balance and ease

No experience is needed—just a willingness to show up and move at your own pace.

This is your time to slow down, reset, and support your body in healing.
